A. INQUIRIES:

1. Notices Received Today

This is the link to the pages where all notices sent to Public Disclosure Platform (PDP) within the day are listed. On top of the page there is a filtering tool which allows user to select between 'Borsa Istanbul Companies and Brokerage Houses' and 'Mutual Funds' or both. The notices are listed according to this selection. At the first entry to the page. 'Borsa Istanbul Companies and Brokerage Houses' is selected by default.

When the user clicks on a notice, the content of the notice is displayed in HTML format. If more than one notice is to be displayed, the user can mark the boxes located alongside the relevant line, and display the notice in HTML format with the option 'Display Selected Notices' shown at the bottom part of the page, or in Word and Excel format with the options 'Create a Word File' and 'Create an Excel File'. But, if there are some attachments to the notice, these attached files can't be displayed in Word or Excel file.

The column headings shown on the page where notices are listed are as follows:

-Date -Shows the date the notice is sent to PDP.

-Borsa Istanbul Code-Shows the Borsa Istanbul ticker symbol of the corporation/mutual fund that sent the notice. In the case of notices of brokerage houses and notices sent by institutions such as Borsa Istanbul and Capital Markets Board (CMB), this field is shown blank.

-Company-Shows the corporation/mutual funs/entity that sent the notice.

-Type-Shows the type of relevant notice. There four classes of notifications in system.

i) Material Event Disclosures: These are listed with the code 'ODA' in PDP.

ii) Financial Statements: Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in shareholders' equity, and notes to financial statements are listed with the code 'MT' in PDP.

iii) Other Notices: These are listed with the code 'DG' in PDP. 'Other Notices' include notices which need to be disclosed to the public under the regulations of CMB and Borsa Istanbul like annual report, representation letter, monthly notice, net asset value statement, articles of association, ETF internal statute, prospectus, circular, merger/acquisition announcement, Company General Information Form, tender offer information document and financial statements submitted to governmental authorities.

iv) Announcements: Announcements, the notices sent to PDP by CMB, Borsa Istanbul, Central Registry Agency's (CRA), and Borsa Istanbul Settlement and Custody Bank's (Takasbank) are listed with the code 'DUY' in PDP. The following are sent to PDP by Borsa Istanbul:

a) Borsa Istanbul Executive Council decisions, market and index changes, official auction announcements, announcements regarding rights coupon market transactions;

b) Notices which are sent to Borsa Istanbul by fax are then sent to PDP system by Borsa Istanbul as pdf attachments.

- Shares transaction notices of shareholders who do not have an electronic signature

- Notices of shareholders who do not have an electronic certificate or the notices of institutions such as Privatization Administration and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, relating to Borsa Istanbul companies

- Notices which Borsa Istanbul companies/brokerage houses failed to send to PDP due to compelling reasons.

Other announcements sent to PDP include the CMB's Board decisions and weekly bulletins; Takasbank's daily money market transactions and securities lending notices; and CRA's trading bans announcements and applications for the sales of stocks on the Borsa Istanbul, which are registered with the CMB but not traded on the Borsa Istanbul.

-Subject - Shows the subject of the notice.

-Other Related Companies - In the case of a notice is also related to other Borsa Istanbul companies, this section includes the Borsa Istanbul ticker symbols of these related companies. In announcements, this column contains company or mutual fund ticker symbols which are related with the content of the announcement.

- Year Shows the year that notices such as financial statements and weekly net asset value statements sent by companies and mutual funds periodically related to.

- Period - Shows the frequency at which notices encoded as 'DG' such as weekly net asset value statements, monthly notices are sent to PDP. For example, this section contains the 'Weekly' explanation for 'Net Asset Values Statements', and the 'Monthly' explanation for monthly notices.

- Term - Shows the terms of the notices encoded as 'MT' and 'DG'. For example, in the case of annual financial statements, this section shows 'Annual ', and for portfolio net asset value statements, it shows the number of the week which such statements cover.

- Additional Information - Covers additional information related to the notice sent. Information as to whether the notice is a modified notice, or whether it contains an attachment is shown by symbols in this section.

: This symbol means that the notice includes an attachment. Attached files are opened by clicking on the attachment symbol.

: This symbol means that the notice is sent to the system later than the required deadline.

: This symbol means that the company modified its notice that previosuly sent to the system.

2. Notices Received This Week:

This is the link to the pages where all notices sent to the system throughout the current week (Monday to Sunday) are listed.

3. Borsa Istanbul Daily Bulletin:

Borsa Istanbul Daily Bulletin that includes Borsa Istanbul Stock Market Bulletin, Bonds and Bills Market Bulletin and International Bonds Market Bulletin can be reached by this link.

4. Search:

It is used for the purpose of searching and displaying 'Financial Statements' of Borsa Istanbul Companies and Mutual Funds sent to the system. There is a filtering function to make choice within the group of companies (Borsa Istanbul Companies and Brokerage Houses and Mutual Funds) by marking the boxes located alongside the company type.

5. Financial Reports' Announcement Dates on PDP:

B. BORSA ISTANBUL COMPANIES:

It is possible to access this list by selecting the selectable field located on the main page relating to 'Borsa Istanbul Companies' and also the 'Companies' section located in the upper part of the main page.  

The screen which is accessed by selecting any company is the page named 'Company General Information Form' which contains basic information about the companies whose capital market instruments are traded on the Borsa Istanbul.  It is possible to search the company notices from the option 'Notification Search' located in the upper part of Company General Information page.

C. MUTUAL FUNDS:

It is possible to access this list by selecting the selectable field located on the main page and also the 'Mutual Funds' section located in the upper part of the main page. Information about mutual funds and liquidated mutual funds are listed in this part. It is possible to access the lists by selecting the selectable field.

The screen which is accessed by selecting any fund is the page named Mutual Fund General Information Form' which contains basic information about the mutual funds.  It is possible to search the fund notices from the option 'Notification Search' located in the upper part of Mutual Fund Information page.

It is possible to access this list by selecting the Companies' field located on the main page and also the 'Brokerage Houses' and 'Independent Audit Companies' section located in the upper part of the main page.
